Full-Time, Days. Full Benefits. Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking a Patient Access Concierge. We are looking for people with a great attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are constantly striving to provide the highest quality services for our patients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma and/or equivalent required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and telephone etiquette
• Good math skills
• Friendly & professional personality
• Computer experience necessary
• Previous customer service experience in a healthcare facility preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide excellent customer service through professional, friendly, quick, and efficient communication on the telephone and to all visitors/patients/co-workers/vendors. This position is also responsible for running mail, laminating for departments, and registering patients. The concierge is responsible for providing personalized service to every person that walks into the facility in accordance with the standards of the hospital. The primary purpose of the position is to create a meaningful and positive experience for each visitor through the provision of world-class service.

Concierge personnel must demonstrate a true passion for WOW customer service and proactively seek ways to improve the patient/visitor experience.
