OB/GYN Locums - Every Other Week Schedule in Michigan Practice Setting
- Outpatient Clinic setting with a patient volume of 18-25 per day
- Support staff includes MA's and Receptionists
- Consistent Monday to Friday schedule, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Block Scheduling:
Only 2 weeks per month is required for coverage
- Full scope of Women's Health Services is required for the assignment
- Must have 2 years of recent Women's Health/OBGYN experience
- Active Michigan (MI) state license is required at the time of name clear
- Must be a local provider as flights will not be covered
- ACLS and BLS certifications are required
- DEA is required at the time of the assignment start
- No malpractice history is allowed for quick credentialing
- A Self-Query NPDB, pulled within 30 days, is required at submission
- Immunization records are required for clearance (Flu, TDAP, Hep B, etc.)
