$60,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience and caseload)

About the Opportunity

Nor Tek medical staffing is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in and around the Ludington, MI area
. Services are delivered across in-home, community-based, and learning center environments.

This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on clinician who is passionate about delivering individualized care to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). You’ll play a key leadership role while working within a collaborative, family-centered care model.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide direct ABA services across home, community, center-based, and telehealth settings
  • Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians / RBTs
  • Deliver caregiver training and education
  • Monitor client progress through data collection and ongoing analysis
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
What We’re Looking For
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Active Michigan LBA license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with ASD and/or behavioral challenges
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and supervision experience
  • Comfortable working in non-clinic environments
  • Ability to travel up to approximately 45 minutes to client homes
