The Clinical Therapist/Case Manager provides trauma-informed, CBT-based clinical services while ensuring compliance with laws, licensing, and accreditation standards.

Deliver individualized therapy, develop safety plans, and maintain thorough documentation. Adhere to ethical practices, act as a mandated reporter, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Strong knowledge of CBT, trauma-informed care, crisis management, and effective communication.

Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology, current Michigan licensure, and experience working with diverse populations, youth and families. Demonstrates flexibility, organizational skills, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion to promote positive client outcomes and a respectful work environment.
