Job Title: Behavior Technician (BT)
Job Type: Part Time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on Experience and Certifications
Schedule: Afternoons starting at 12:00pm
Location: In Person

As a Behavior technician, you will help bring ABA to life through fun, engaging, and evidence based sessions. WhatYou’ll Do as a Behavior Technician
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism in center-based and in-home settings
- Work closely with a BCBA to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
- Collect accurate data to guide effective ABA outcomes
Support children with Autism using compassionate, ethical, and research-based strategies - Communicate proactively with families and clinical supervisors

Requirements- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- RBT Certification (Preferred)
- Valid Michigan Drivers License (Required)
- Must pass a background check
- Experience working with children and/or background in Special Education, Psychology, Mental or Behavioral Health (preferred but not required)
- Energetic, empathetic, and passionate about working with children or adults with special needs
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be involved in physical floor play including but not limited to bending and reaching
- Experienced RBTs MUST possess valid RBT credential number on the BACB website
