What

You’ll Do as a Behavior Technician
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism in center-based and in-home settings
  • Work closely with a BCBA to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Collect accurate data to guide effective ABA outcomes

    Support children with Autism using compassionate, ethical, and research-based strategies
  • Communicate proactively with families and clinical supervisors

Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • RBT Certification (Preferred)
  • Valid Michigan Drivers License (Required)
  • Must pass a background check
  • Experience working with children and/or background in Special Education, Psychology, Mental or Behavioral Health (preferred but not required)
  • Energetic, empathetic, and passionate about working with children or adults with special needs
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be involved in physical floor play including but not limited to bending and reaching
  • Experienced RBTs MUST possess valid RBT credential number on the BACB website
