Position OverviewThe Chief Administrative Officer collaborates on strategic vision, leadership, and oversight, assuming accountability for the effectiveness of their respective business unit and functions. The position leads the development of short‑ and long‑term strategies, goals, objectives, and plans and interacts with a high level of expertise in their areas of responsibility. They are responsible for adherence to regional, business unit, and functional budgets and vital measurements, providing administrative oversight and direction to departmental leaders within their assigned business unit or functional area.
The role advocates for strategies that drive engagement and retention of top performers.
- Knowledge and experience normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor of Science degree in a related field; a master’s degree is desired.
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare delivery, operations, and financial management practices.
- 7‑10 years of healthcare leadership experience, including responsibility for clinical departments, program management, clinical outreach, quality, and process improvement.
