- Rehabilitation for a 13‑week travel assignment in St Ignace, MI.

• Start Date: 7/20/2026
• Contract: 13 Weeks
• Hourly Pay: $35.00
• Non-taxed Stipend: $1,246.00
• Weekly Total Pay: $2,296.00

Physical therapy helps reduce pain and restore function and independence in patients who have undergone surgery, suffered an injury, are recovering from serious illness or are coping with a chronic condition.

Our dedicated rehabilitation team uses a multidisciplinary approach, combining exercise and strength training with manual therapy and modalities to develop an individualized treatment plan that meets the unique needs of each patient.

Treatment begins with a physician's prescription and a comprehensive evaluation by an experienced physical therapist. Therapist and patient then work one‑on‑one, following a specific plan of care designed to help the patient return to work and normal daily activities as quickly and safely as possible.

• Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms and review their medical history and referrals from doctors or surgeons
• Diagnose movement dysfunction by listening to patients and observing them as they move about
• Develop an individualized treatment plan
• Coach patients and teach them therapeutic exercises and stretches to improve their condition
• Use hands‑on therapy such as massage to ease patients’ pain and provide stimulation to promote healing
• Maintain patient records by keeping track of goals and progress while adapting treatment plans accordingly
• Advise patients and their families on in‑home treatment options and what to expect from the recovery process

• Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non‑taxed Stipend (if eligible)

• Must have 2+ years of PT experience
• Will work with outpatient, inpatient and LTC but will primarily focus on inpatient
• Must have current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
