About the Role:T.R.A.C. is a 100% in-home ABA provider seeking supervisors interested in a remote/hybrid position. We offer flexible scheduling that allows clinicians to balance clinical responsibilities with personal well-being.
Supervision includes:- Telehealth supervision.
- Monthly in-person visits.
- Collaborative team support.
- Flexible scheduling based on clinical needs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Support and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
- Are dedicated to helping clients and families overcome challenges associated with their diagnoses.
- Maintain strong clinical and ethical standards.
- Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Active LARA License.
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Active LARA License (if applicable).
