Therapy Management, Inc. (TMI) is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to support our therapy team at Tuscola County Medical Care Facility in Caro, MI.

Tuscola County Medical Care Facility has a well-established therapy department with strong collaboration between PT, OT, and SLP teams
. The building leadership values therapy and works closely with the rehab team to support patient-centered care.

You’ll be working with residents who truly appreciate their therapy team, and in an environment where quality care matters more than rushing through treatments.

• Current Michigan Physical Therapist license
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• SNF experience preferred but not required
