A) in Paw Paw, MI is seeking to hire a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their busy established Family Medicine Practice.

• See full spectrum family practice patients
• Candidate will work alongside two physicians and two APPs
• No OB or inpatient medicine opportunity
• Hospital-employed, Full-time outpatient only position
• Team Approach with Ambulatory Care Manager, clinical pharmacy support, social worker, as well as nurse triage.
• As a Rural Health practice, we will work with the APP to create a schedule to offer appointments as early as 7:30 am or as late as 7 pm at least one day a week.
• Patients of the practice have access to an onsite pharmacy, laboratory and imaging.
• Nurse Triage service is available after hours and on the weekends and patient call volume after hours is very low.
• APP will provide call coverage one evening during the week and share call with 17 additional family care providers for weekend and holiday coverage.

• Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
• Current unrestricted or pending Licensure in the state of Michigan
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate and quality patient-centered care
