Our Physical Therapists can pursue multiple professional tracks, including new‑grad mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non‑treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities.
With productivity expectations below many industry standards, we prioritize sustainable practice environments that support high‑quality patient care. We foster a culture centered on professional growth, hands‑on learning, strong clinical relationships, collaboration, and long‑term career stability.
Compensation:- $82,000 to $105,000/year (based on location, experience, certs, etc.)
- If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 a paycheck ($31,000 annually).
- Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities (up to $10K).
