12 pm - 10 pm shifts -- 10-hour shifts, 7 days a week coverage
Avg. 36 patients per day in the Emergency Department
Avg. 3 admissions per shift
Emergency Department setting
Both inpatient and outpatient care required
Must treat patients of all ages
