Registered Dietitian - Full Time (St. Louis, MI)

Join the award-winning team at Schnepp Senior Care & Rehab. This position is responsible for assessing, developing, and directing the overall nutrition plan of care for each guest. The role includes collaborating with and encouraging guests and families to participate in care plans, studying emerging trends, staying current on research, and educating the culinary staff on nutrition and culinary service.

• Assess, develop, and direct the overall nutrition plan of care for each guest.
• Collaborate with guests and families to participate in care plan development.
• Study emerging trends and current research in dietetics.
• Educate the culinary staff on relevant nutrition topics.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics or Nutrition accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Current registration status in Michigan.
• Knowledge and skills to provide nutrition services appropriate to the age‑related needs of residents.
• Knowledge of dietary practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines governing dietary functions in nursing care facilities.
