Hyde Park Assisted Living is seeking compassionate and dependable Part-Time Resident Care Specialists for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. If you are passionate about providing high-quality care and building meaningful relationships with seniors, we’d love to have you on our team.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance and support with transfers
• Monitor residents and report any changes in condition
• Assist with meals and hydration
• Provide medication reminders per community guidelines
• Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging environment

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Previous experience in caregiving, nursing home, or home care is preferred.
• Knowledge of first aid and basic medical procedures is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move residents using proper techniques.
• Understanding of dementia care principles and techniques is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with seniors.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
