• Fill prescriptions safely and accurately.

• Bachelor of Science or Doctorate of Pharmacy degree.
• Registered and licensed in the state of practice.
• Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana).
• Experience in retail/community practice.
• Working knowledge of pharmacy systems, policies, and regulations in the operating state.
