Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) - Mears, Michigan

Job Type: Part-Time (approx 10–12 hours/week) | Evenings

Location: In-Person - Mears, MI

Pay: $20–$23 per hour (depending on experience)

We're a small, BCBA‑owned ABA practice focused on play‑based, naturalistic therapy for neurodivergent kids. No table drills—just meaningful skill‑building through play in homes, schools, and communities. We're growing intentionally and need playful, patient, and observant people to join our team.

• Provide 1:1 support to children using play‑based ABA techniques
• Work in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools)
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBA team
• Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors
• Build genuine relationships with kids and families

• Reliable transportation to get to homes and community sites on time
• 40‑hour RBT training completed (or willingness to complete before start date)
• Previous experience working with children
• Valid driver's license
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kids

• $20–$23 per hour (higher pay for certified RBTs)
• Paid training time
• We cover your RBT exam and application fees
