Rate: $55–65 per hour

As a Speech‑Language Pathologist, you will help students build communication skills that support learning, confidence, and participation in the school environment. You will play an important part in shaping individualized care, partnering closely with families and school‑based collaborators, and contributing to a clinical approach that values both strong outcomes and strong therapist support.
Responsibilities- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services tailored to each client’s communication goals.
- Document progress notes and maintain accurate, timely clinical records.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Advocate for appropriate caseloads and high‑quality therapist support.
- Work with five Kindergarten classrooms and one Young Kindergarten classroom.
- Work with a supportive educational team.
- Maintain a caseload of 40–45 students.
- Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
- Michigan SLP License (or eligible).
- ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs encouraged to apply if district‑approved.
- Passion for helping young children develop communication skills.
- 1099 Employee.
- Health Insurance stipend available if needed.
