Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN – Bradford | West Bloomfield, MI

TMI is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to support our outpatient therapy program at The Bradford in West Bloomfield.

This is a great opportunity for a therapist looking for flexible scheduling, a supportive team, and a well-established outpatient program. Whether you’re picking up extra hours, balancing another role, or easing into a new setting, this position offers the flexibility PRN clinicians are seeking.

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services to patients focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to develop and adjust care plans.
• Use clinical judgment to guide patient-centered care and measure progress.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with clinic policies.

• Current Michigan Physical Therapist license
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required
• Patient-focused and team-oriented mindset
