LPN - Long Term Care
Starting at $35/hr
Shift: Evenings
Work Fit Medical Staffing is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Long Term Care team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide quality care in a supportive and professional environment while making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing direct nursing care to long-term care residents.
- Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitoring patients’ health status and reporting any changes promptly.
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Offering emotional support and education to residents and their families.
- Valid New York State LPN license.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
