Wellvance provides compassionate, cost-effective mental health services to residents of Iosco, Ogemaw, and Oscoda counties
. We serve individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD),
Serious Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI), and Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED).

As a Community Living Support Professional
, you’ll help individuals build skills, gain independence, and thrive in their communities. Your role includes:

• Supporting individuals based on their Person-Centered Plan
• Teaching daily living skills like meal prep, budgeting, and personal care
• Assisting with community inclusion and social activities
• Advocating for individuals and promoting recovery principles
• Maintaining accurate documentation and following agency guidelines
• Working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to work flexible schedules and travel within our service area
• Valid Michigan driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and good driving record
• U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Lived experience with mental illness, developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders is valued
