Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Aspire Rural Health System is hiring a Regulatory Compliance Specialist. We're looking for individuals with a positive attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering the highest quality of service to both our patients and employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Health Information Management, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare regulatory compliance, accreditation, quality improvement, risk management, or a related healthcare field preferred.
• Experience with DNV accreditation, CMS regulations, or other healthcare regulatory agencies preferred.
• Experience conducting audits, survey preparation, or compliance monitoring preferred.

Responsibilities:
The Regulatory Compliance Specialist is responsible for coordinating and monitoring regulatory compliance activities throughout Aspire Rural Health System. This position supports organizational readiness for accreditation and regulatory surveys by overseeing compliance with DNV, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and other applicable federal, state, and healthcare regulatory requirements. The Regulatory Compliance Specialist plans and conducts internal regulatory audits, assists departments with survey preparation, analyzes data and audits to ensure ongoing compliance, and prepares regulatory reports to leadership and applicable agencies.
