Carry out daily patient care under the direction of the Lead Tech, Registered Nurse and Shift Supervisor;
Assist in ongoing assessment of safety and emotional needs of patients;
Maintain therapeutic and professional rapport with patients and sustain a safe milieu;
Provide verbal de-escalation techniques and physical management as needed;
Make rounds on patients every 15 minutes or sooner to ensure patient safety
