Location: Center Line
Pacesemi is seeking a Master’s Social Worker to work independently within the Interdisciplinary Team in Center Line, MI. The MSW assesses needs, coordinates services, and delivers care using bio-psychosocial assessments, CBT interventions, and care planning.
You will develop treatment plans, coordinate with the team, document in the EHR, and advocate for participants. Experience with geriatrics, case management, and working with diverse populations is valued;
Michigan licensure is required.
