Trinity Health - 775 South Main Street - Responsibilities:
Provide continuous observation and monitoring of assigned patients;
Notify nursing staff if the patient requires assistance or intervention;
Remain with and observe the assigned patient at all times;
Float to multiple units as needed (Atrium East, Atrium Courtyard Rehab, Courtyard East, Emergency);
Immediately alert nursing staff if the patient requires assistance or exhibits unusual behavior
