Ready to get to work? If your interview, scheduling availability, and background screenings are all acceptable, you could begin working as early as Thursday of the same week! Complete an online application at

Starting at $17.13 per hour

• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift are available Dowagiac, Cassopolis, Marcellus, and Niles
• 16–32 hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• Opportunity to pick up additional hours at other locations, with the potential to work up to 40 hours per week

As a Professional Care Technician, you will:

• Support individuals with daily living activities while promoting independence
• Assist with personal care and household tasks
• Transport individuals to appointments and community activities
• Encourage participation in recreational and social events
• Administer medications after training (as applicable)
• Complete documentation accurately and timely
• Build meaningful relationships while providing compassionate, person-centered care

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Ability to pass required background screenings
• Able to complete a physical examination and TB test
• Willing to work rotating weekends
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and HITECH regulations
