Cedar Creek Hospital of Michigan, part of Universal Health Services, is actively seeking a PRN Social Worker to join a state-of-the-art 72-bed facility that serves adolescents and adults with mental health needs. The role focuses on psychosocial assessments, education, and coordinated care within an integrated treatment team.
Qualified candidates hold a Michigan LMSW/LLMSW/LLPC/LPC/LLCSW/LCSW license, have a master’s degree in social work, and preferably inpatient psychiatric unit experience.
