• Provide occupational therapy services in an inpatient rehab and swing bed setting.
• Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (5x8‑hour shifts).
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:7.
• Provide weekend on‑call approximately one weekend every five weekends.
• Float to LTAC and inpatient units at a separate facility as needed.
• Chart patient progress and documentation in Cerner Power Chart.

• Minimum 1 year of OT experience.
• NBCOT certification required.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Active OT license required if applicable.
• Candidate must reside at least 50 miles from the facility.

• First‑time travelers are welcome to apply.
• Two professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration.
• Full 7‑year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration.
• All time‑off and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront during the consideration process.

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
