Location: Eastmont
Heartland Hospice, part of Gentiva, is seeking a Hospice Aide (CNA) to provide compassionate, hands-on care in patients' homes or inpatient units.
You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and emotional support, while documenting visits and collaborating with the care team.
Required:
active CNA license, CPR, valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle, and at least 6 months of direct patient care experience.
