ABA Pathways is hiring a Behavior Technician to work with children and teens on the autism spectrum in clinic, home, and community settings. You’ll implement treatment plans under a BCBA, use play-based teaching, and track progress with accuracy. Training is provided, even if you’re new to the field.
We value kindness, teamwork, and a commitment to growth. A background check, TB test, and driving license are required; CPR/First Aid and RBT coursework are preferred.
