Advanced Practice Provider

Family Health Care is seeking an advanced practice provider at our clinic in White Cloud, Michigan.

Family Health Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center located in West Central Michigan. Founded in 1967 as one of the first community health centers in the nation, we provide medical, dental, laboratory, radiology, behavioral health care, vision, and retail pharmacy services at six main offices located in Baldwin, Big Rapids, Cadillac, Grant, McBain and White Cloud.

• 4 or 5-day work week
• Minimal on-call schedule
• Generous administrative time (up to 4 hours weekly)
• Realist productivity standards (2 patients per hour)
• Eligible for up to $25,000 in tax‑free loan repayment per year for up to 8 years through NHSC.
• Eligible for up to $300,000 in loan repayment through MSLRP.

• Clinical pharmacist to assist with medication review, interactions, and education

• Two years of experience as an NP or PA in primary care preferred.

• Graduation from an accredited school for Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• State of Michigan Medical License
• State of Michigan Controlled Substance License
• Federal DEA License
• Board Certified
