Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Michigan Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long‑term care setting preferred.
• Experience with geriatric rehabilitation, restorative programs, and common SNF documentation systems preferred.
• Ability to provide therapeutic interventions for post‑operative, neurologic, and chronic condition management.
• Must be able to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and maintain accurate patient records.
