As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support individuals with cognitive, physical, and developmental disabilities in a 24-hour residential or community setting. Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting with daily living needs (eating, dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.)
• Encouraging independence and community participation
• Administering medications as required
  
  Documenting progress and completing shift checklists
• Communicating effectively with team members and residents
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
• Experience preferred but not required – we provide training!
• Valid Michigan Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record (Required)
