What You’ll Do Front Desk Responsibilities- Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
- Verify patient information and assist with intake paperwork
- Collect payments and support the checkout process
- Coordinate with providers, medical assistants, and PT staff to maintain smooth patient flow
- Keep the reception area organized and professional
- Assist with patient room preparation when needed
- Assist provider with procedures
- Help maintain clean and stocked treatment areas
- Support basic administrative and clinical workflow tasks
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff regarding scheduling, follow-ups, and patient needs
- Step in where needed to help the team succeed during busy periods
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Proactive mindset — sees what needs to be done and takes initiative
- Fast learner who adapts quickly to new systems and processes
- Reliable and punctual
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Previous medical front desk, receptionist, or healthcare office experience
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
- Experience in pain management, orthopedics, physical therapy, or rehabilitation is a plus

- Front desk operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Providers and clinical staff receive timely support
