Pay & Benefits
Pay Rate: $35–$40 per hour, based on experience

$4,000 Sign-On Bonus ($2,000 at 60 days, $2,000 at 180 days)

What You'll Do
Conduct in-home respiratory assessments and evaluations
Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment and therapies
Set up and manage ventilators, oxygen, PAP therapy, and other respiratory devices
Adjust ventilator settings per physician orders and patient needs
Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Support limited after-hours care and participate in patient follow-up
What You Need
Required:
Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
High school diploma or GED
Preferred:
Home healthcare experience
Respiratory therapy degree or related field
1+ years clinical experience
Healthcare leadership or management experience
