Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient
The Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient is responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical, developmental, or cognitive impairments to improve their ability to perform daily activities. This role focuses on patient-centered rehabilitation, functional independence, and delivering high-quality care in an outpatient setting.
Must-Have Qualifications• Minimum 1–2+ years of Occupational Therapist experience (Outpatient preferred)
• Active Michigan Occupational Therapist License (Required prior to start)
• BLS Certification (AHA – Required)
• Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation and ADL training
• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings
• Familiarity with EMR systems
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic
• Onsite role in West Branch, MI
• Patient-focused clinical environment
• Must be flexible with day shifts and scheduling needs
• Ability to manage varied caseloads
• Must comply with all clinical and regulatory standards
