Renue Physical Therapy is seeking a passionate, energetic, and forward-thinking Occupational Therapist who is excited to do more than provide outstanding patient care. What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional occupational therapy services within a thriving Swing Bed program.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, rehabilitation staff, case management, and administration to optimize patient outcomes.
• Partner with case management to support appropriate admissions and maintain a vibrant six-patient Swing Bed census.
• Develop educational resources and programming for patients, families, nursing staff, and the community to promote safe, confident transitions home.
• Bring creativity and innovation to improve processes, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Help mentor teammates and contribute to ongoing staff development and clinical excellence.
• Serve as a positive ambassador for rehabilitation services throughout the hospital and community.
