Your Role:
Clinical Psychologist – Assessment Focus

We are seeking a fully licensed Clinical Psychologist with expertise in psychological testing and diagnostic evaluation, particularly in ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders. In this role, you will:

  • Deliver comprehensive psychological assessments that provide individuals and families with clarity, direction, and hope.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design impactful treatment pathways.

Principal

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations using evidence-based tools for ADHD, ASD, and other neurodevelopmental conditions.
  • Prepare thorough, timely documentation that meets clinical and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other care providers to support integrated treatment plans.
  • Educate and support families through the assessment process.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to team training and innovation.
  • Optional:
    Engage in forensic psychological assessments, court consultations, and expert witness work with mentorship support.

What Does the Role Require?

  • Fully Licensed Psychologist in the State of Michigan (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
  • Doctoral degree in Psychology from an American Psychological Association (APA)-accredited program.
  • 1–2 years of postdoctoral clinical experience to gain adequate understanding of Pine Rest policies and procedures in order to develop skills in patient assessment and development of treatment plans.
  • Experience or strong interest in conducting psychological evaluations for ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders.
  • Willingness to apply for Affiliate or Courtesy Affiliate Medical Staff membership, as required.
