Private Duty Caregiver

Homestead Health Care Services -  - Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities including transferring, bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and walking;
Use transfer assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts, sit-to-stand, gait belts, and slide board;
Evaluate changes in client health and communicate with supervisor;
Maintain cleanliness of the client environment and perform light housekeeping;
Provide companionship and meaningful life enrichment activities; accompany to appointments or shopping; complete required documentation and charting; prepare nutritious meals
