Licensed Massage Therapist or Student​/Externship

• Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments tailored to individual client needs
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand health histories, current conditions, and treatment goals
• Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment plans, comfort levels, and post-session care instructions
• Maintain detailed records of each session, including treatment notes and client progress
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment by adhering to sanitation standards and safety protocols such as CPR certification requirements
• Educate clients on pain management strategies and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing health benefits
• Collaborate with team members to develop personalized treatment plans that address specific concerns like sports injuries or chronic pain

• Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist or current enrollment in an accredited massage therapy program for externship candidates
• Proven experience in providing various massage modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and sports massage
• Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy to accurately assess client needs and tailor treatments accordingly
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and pain management
• Prior experience working in medical spas or occupational health settings is a plus
• Excellent client communication skills with the ability to build trust and ensure client satisfaction
