The Orchards at Douglas Cove in Douglas, MI has an amazing opportunity for a new Full Time Internal /Float Traveler PT to go between Orchards at Douglas and Orchards at Niles to join their In-House Therapy Team. This is a salaried FT Position with a $200 stipend for travel. Our 79-bed facility is tastefully furnished to create a pleasing environment that is greatly enhanced by the warm and caring atmosphere.
Pay starts at $40.00 per hour and increases based on experience.
Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services to patients in various settings, including inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and treatments in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care coordination
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment
- Participate in staff development and education programs to stay current with best practices and industry developments
