You will provide hands-on assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, toileting, and meals while promoting dignity and independence. Responsibilities include offering companionship, engaging residents in activities, monitoring and reporting condition changes, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. You'll collaborate with clinical and support teams, follow care plans and safety procedures, and contribute to a warm, respectful, and service-driven atmosphere for residents and families.
