• Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with prescribed medical treatments.
• Support mobility and transportation needs as required.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.

• Previous experience in direct care or related field is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and reliably.
• Reliable transportation may be required.
• Pass background checks as per company and state guidelines.
