POSITION SUMMARY:

Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | One-on-One Home Care

No experience required — paid training provided. Health insurance, PTO, 401(k), and referral bonuses available.

Work one-on-one with a client in their home — not a facility.

What We Offer

What You'll Do
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
  • Support mobility, safety, and independence
  • Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
  • Transport clients to appointments and community activities when needed
  • Monitor and report changes in client condition
  • Assist with medication reminders and routine care needs
  • Help clients maintain independence and quality of life
Requirements
  • Experience preferred but not required
  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional

We will train the right person—reliability and compassion matter most.

This is a one-on-one caregiver position where you work with one client at a time in a home setting, not a nursing home or facility.
