Advisa Care in the Spring Lake area seeks experienced Resident Aide and Med Techs to support independent living communities. You will pass medications, assist with ADLs, and engage with residents and families to ensure a safe, compassionate environment.
Roles include assisting during meals and light housekeeping, with a strong teamwork focus. We require high school graduation or GED, and CPR certification; MORC certification is a plus.
