Sanilac County CMH is seeking a Clinician/Care Manager to provide intensive therapy and case management across adult and children’s services. The role includes crisis support, intake assessments, and coordination with community agencies to access housing, medical care, employment and other supports.
This position requires a Master’s in a Human Services field with LMSW licensure (preferred) and eligibility for QMHP/QMRP/CMHP where applicable, plus SUD licensure.
