Middle River Health & Rehab is looking for a friendly and dependable Activities Aide to help create a positive, engaging environment for our residents. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with seniors and bringing energy, creativity, and compassion into daily activities.
What you’ll do- Lead and assist with daily activities, games, and group programs
- Encourage resident participation and social interaction
- Help set up activity spaces and assist with transportation to events
- Build positive relationships with residents and families
- Support special events and holiday programs
- Document attendance and assist with care plans as needed
- Friendly, patient, and reliable personality
- Ability to work well with seniors and build rapport
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in senior care, activities, or recreation is a plus (but not required)
- Must be dependable and willing to learn
- Competitive pay: $17–$21/hour
