Specialty Medical Staffing is currently seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a hospital coverage assignment in Michigan. This role will support patient care across acute care and skilled nursing settings
, with potential outpatient coverage as needed.

• Start:
  End of April (urgent need)
• Duration:
  13 weeks with potential extension
• Setting:
  Acute care and skilled nursing through mid-June, then outpatient as needed

Schedule

• Monday–Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
• 35 hours guaranteed per week (typically 40 worked)

Requirements

• Active Michigan Physical Therapist Assistant License in good standing
• Relevant acute care and/or skilled nursing experience required
• Flexibility to float to outpatient setting as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in acute and skilled nursing environments
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient outcomes
• Maintain documentation and compliance standards
