- ** Position Overview
** The Outpatient Therapist delivers clinical services to individuals with SMI, SED, and/or I/DD. Responsibilities include managing a caseload, providing therapy, ensuring documentation compliance, and collaborating with referral sources.

Persons with lived experience in mental illness, developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders are encouraged to apply.

- ** Key Responsibilities
*** Assess, diagnose, and treat adults and children using DSM-5 criteria
* Provide individual and group therapy
* Participate in crisis intervention and emergency on-call rotation
* Determine eligibility for agency services
* Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record
* Collaborate with community partners and interagency teams
- ** Qualifications
* ** Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or Counseling
* Michigan licensure: LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, or LLPC (full license preferred)
* CADC or CAADC certification preferred
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work flexible hours and travel within service area
* Valid Michigan driver's license, vehicle insurance, and satisfactory driving record
- ** Additional Requirements
*** Participation in after-hours emergency services on-call rotation
* Pre-employment background check (criminal, driving, education, employment)
* U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the U.S.
