- ** Job Summary
** Provides clinical and administrative leadership for the Outpatient program serving individuals with serious mental illness, emotional disturbances, and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities. Oversees staff performance, service delivery, and access to care while maintaining a limited caseload. Ensures services are compliant, person-centered, and aligned with recovery-focused practices.

- ** Key Responsibilities
*** Supervise, coach, and evaluate outpatient staff
* Oversee assessments, service planning, and care coordination
* Ensure timely access to services and continuity of care
* Monitor service delivery, documentation, and compliance standards
* Maintain a limited caseload, including treatment planning and therapy as needed
* Coordinate referrals to internal and external providers
* Collaborate with community partners (courts, schools, healthcare, DHS)
* Ensure adherence to Medicaid, DSM, and regulatory requirements
- ** Supervisory Responsibilities
*** Provide clinical and administrative oversight, training, and performance management
* Conduct regular supervision and support staff development
* Ensure staff compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
- ** Qualifications
* ** Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
* Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience
* Prior supervisory experience preferred
* Knowledge of Medicaid guidelines, DSM criteria, and therapeutic practices

Physical Requirements
*** Combination of office and community-based work
* Prolonged computer use and regular movement (standing/walking)
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
* Valid driver's license with ability to travel locally
